A very tasty bread. I always make a double batch, because my husband like it very much.

Cooking
In a bowl, combine lemon juice and cream. (The cream will become thick as yogurt)
Then knead a dough with the milk, cream, lemon juice, eggs, flour, flakes, butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Knead the dough for 20 minutes so that it has turned soft and smooth. Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover with cling film and leave to heat for 40-60 minutes to rise. (I knead and rise the dough, make in the bread maker)
After lifting the dough to pass on to the Board, not stirring it.
Divide it into three parts. Roll out each portion into strips, being careful not to knead the dough.
One strip brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with cereal. Secure strips with one edge.
Braid braid, also secure another region.
Put braid on a baking tray covered with baking paper, and cover it with foil, greased with vegetable oil to avoid sticking. Leave on for 30-50 minutes in the heat to lift.
When the dough is ready, brush the surface with beaten egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When baking bread on the bottom of the oven put a bowl of water so the crust was not too thick.
!!!When mixing the dough the amount of flour may vary depending on the fat content of products and the flour!!!
