Pancakes made from rye flour
Delicate pancakes with a mind-blowing taste of aromatic spices!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

Cooking

Spices need to be heated on a dry pan to flavor revealed. You can grind in a mortar, not shallow, but I just do it in the bowl of a blender.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough (including spices) in a blender (except the soda).

Allow dough to stand for half an hour. If the batter has thickened, add a little boiled water. A few minutes before cooking pancakes put soda. Stir.

Bake pancakes as usual.
