Heart with gravy
Walking through the market and came in butcher row on beef heart. Decided to put it out with polyvocal and that's what happened.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    950 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Treated heart, my, trimmed of excess fat.

Cut thin long stripes. Put in a pan with preheated Rast. oil and slightly fry. Add water to cover meat and simmer until almost cooked.

We cut thin half-rings onions.

Add it to our meat and a little more simmer until transparent onions, if necessary add a little water. Not much salt, because it will be even mayonnaise.

Add the mayonnaise, spices ( I have a red Chile pepper, sweet paprika, black pepper), butter. Taste doselevel. Give more time to boil and ready. Bon appetit!!!
