Salad with chicken and pickled onions
Chicken one of the most frequent products in my diet. It is rich in protein, with no fat and has few calories. And with sheets MAGGI it can be tasty to cook without a drop of oil. This chicken is perfect for salads. I want to share with you one of the options. The highlight of this salad - good filet and pickled onion.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 piece

  • Arugula

    50 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet lightly beat off. Not much, about 2-3 cm in thickness. Put the fillet in a leaf with spices, MAGGI® On the second tender chicken breast

Fry in a dry frying pan without adding oil with two sides for about 7 minutes on small fire

Potatoes wash and boil in their skins until tender. Cool and narazeth quartered

Onion cut into thin half-rings. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, dried herbs, garlic, squeezed through a press. Put onions in a bowl and marinate it for about 30-60 minutes

In a bowl, mix potatoes, arugula, pickled onions along with the marinade that will become the dressing for the salad.

The cooled chicken fillet cut into large cubes and add to the bowl.
