Cooking
Necessary products for cooking.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until a thick white foam. Mix the flour with vanilla sugar (leave for a while). Cheese triturated through a sieve.
Whisk the cottage cheese with the eggs.
Then, continuing to whisk cheese, slowly add the flour and whisk thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
Here's the consistency of the dough, we must not fail.
In the mixture add the melted butter, then soda, slaked vinegar. All again carefully whisk. Next smear the form with butter.
Spread 1/2 of the dough in the form, levelling the surface, from top to pour a little currant (I have frozen, there was little currant, but the more, the tastier and juicier)
Then the rest of the dough and currants. Then sprinkle with currants starch and put in oven. Bake the tart at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
Turns out this cake, we decorate it with melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
Here's a pie in the cut. Brew tea and call everyone to the table, Bon appetit!!!
