French baguette with nuts
A very interesting and tasty baguette. The more I bake according to the recipes of French pastries, the more I feel that the French know a lot about everything.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Water to heat, add salt, sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp olive oil and yeast. Mix until a homogeneous mass, put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

In the resulting mass, add the walnut kernels. Gradually add flour, zamesit dough.

Put it on a floured table and knead until then, until it will not lag behind hands. From the dough to form baguettes, place on a baking tray, brush with remaining oil and leave for 15 min. Bake 30-35 minutes at 180*C. Bon appetite!!!
