Today in the newsletter came this recipe. And was very helpful. Was the dilemma: to throw mashed potatoes or something out of it bungled? That turned out delicious flan with mushrooms.

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl and grate the cold margarine.
Knead thoroughly with hands, adding mashed potatoes. You should get a crumb. Then add 2 tbsp water and knead the dough. I add water had, in mashed potatoes was enough. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Onions and mushrooms chop.

The dough, remove from refrigerator, roll it out, put in the form. Form I missed a bit of vegetable oil. Make nakoly fork and again put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs with milk, add grated cheese.
Salt, pepper, oregano, herbes de Provence and parsley add to the egg-cheese-milk mixture and carefully mix everything.
Remove dough from the refrigerator and send to the oven, preheated to 200*C, for 10 min. Then put the mushrooms.
Bake in the oven at 200*C until Browning. Took me about 35-40 minutes.
