Cakes with dried apricots and cabbage. Cinnamon rolls
Cakes of such a test is always baked by my mother. The dough was delicate and airy, and the toppings can be varied.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 kg

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Dried apricots

  • Cabbage

  • Cinnamon

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar

The margarine to dissolve.

To the margarine add the eggs, sugar, salt and milk.

Mix flour with dry yeast. Gradually adding a mixture of flour and yeast, knead the dough. The dough sprinkle the top with flour and put in 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.

The dough should rise by 1.5 times.

How to sculpt cakes, I think no need to explain. But cinnamon buns I do so: roll out a layer of dough, grease it with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Turn the roll and cuts it into equal parts. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
