Ingredients

  • Mullet

    3 piece

  • Semi-finished products

    1 can

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Mayonnaise sauce

Cooking

Wash the rice, boil in water with salt, vegetable oil and sunflower seeds until tender. Merge.

Stuff fish with a mixture of Mexican (1/3 cans). "Sew up" the belly with toothpicks.

Spread in a greased form.

And sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, spread sliced rings of bell pepper and finely chopped garlic.

Mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with dill.

Pour the remains of Mexican mixture and sprinkle with salt.

Cover the dish with foil and put in a preheated 200 gr oven for 30 minutes. After some time remove the foil and leave to "reach" for another 10 minutes.
