Vegetable stew with beef
Surely, these recipes are at all, is also a common dish that I make a little differently =) This is my very first recipe in the Internet, please do not judge strictly...

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Green peas

  • Tomato

Meat cut into medium-sized, but not small pieces

Onions finely chop, carrots are slanting wedges

Cut the grinder (I was frozen, I cut it in advance and freeze :-[ ) and potatoes randomly, I'm so cut, but usually cut into strips

Meat fill with water, sprinkle with salt and leave to simmer medium heat until full of softness, then add sunflower oil, onion and carrots. Fry until cooked carrots

Add the peas and Bulgarian. Continue to fry for a few minutes

Add the potato and the tomato, salt, pepper to taste. Give everything a good mix so spices are distributed evenly :-)
