Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Chicken breast to beat, I cut it into three parts, it seemed to me that the whole it will be very large.

Raw carrots to grate on a coarse grater.

Egg, soy sauce, spices - all to beat.

To egg mixture add flour and carrots, mix well.

Take the breast pieces, dip them in the egg-carrot mixture and put into a pan with hot oil (the carrots will be from two sides, as it sticks to the piece of meat).
