Oat muffins with vegetables
Oatmeal muffins healthy, with the zucchini and carrots.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Zucchini

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Oat flakes pour milk and leave it for 5 minutes.

Add margarine and egg.

Zucchini grate on a grater.

Carrots grate.

Add the flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder.

Add the vegetables and mix well.

Put the prepared mixture into the form, greased with vegetable oil. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 220 degrees until crisp.
