Cooking
Chicken breast to beat. To deploy the sheet for roasting, on one half put a chicken breast. Cover with second half and press with hand.
On a heated dry pan put the wrapped breast.
Cook on low heat for approx. 5 minutes on each side.
The pan pour oil, put diced bell pepper and onions slightly stewed. Then pour the wine, add salt, season with spices and simmer over low heat for another 5-6 minutes.
Ready steamed vegetables evenly spread on the chicken pieces.
Boil hard boiled eggs. Cool, cut into slices and put on top of the vegetables. Bon appetit!
