Cooking
Kiwi peel and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with mint tincture, mix well. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Peppermint tincture can be bought in every pharmacy. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
In a glass or ceramic dish to put 150 grams chocolate, broken into pieces, add condensed milk and butter. Melt in a water bath until a homogeneous mass, remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add the cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Silicone molds for small cupcakes or muffins grease with vegetable oil. Spread half of the mass in the molds, put a piece of mint kiwi.
To cover the remaining ground. Put in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool completely, then have to give a good freeze. I left overnight in the fridge. Gently squeeze out the candy, turning the ramekins.
Melt the remaining chocolate (50g) in a disposable cooking bag, cut the tip and decorate with candy "epochtime". As the chocolate hardens, lightly sprinkle the powdered sugar candy you can treat your guests!
Candy was interesting-tasty, with an interesting touch of delicate honey cheese and refreshing juicy middle!
