Curd-ginger mini-casseroles
Cheese pie we love and prepare them in a variety of recipes. Recently really liked the casserole with ginger curd. Extremely tender and flavorful, with a subtle citrus note. I did a batch of mini-quiches, but you can make one big one.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    7 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Cheese mash with a fork.

Peel the ginger, grate. Squeeze the juice into the cottage cheese.

Add in cheese and eggs and juice of half a lemon.

Add semolina. I have semolina TM Mistral. Always use this brand, because it is very high quality.

Leave for 10 minutes and in the meanwhile to make the dressing. Mix sour cream, condensed milk and juice of the second lemon half. Beat.
