  • Soda

    1 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    1 kg

  • Flour

Cooking

Liver rinse, remove the membranes, cut into pieces.

Add to the pot and sprinkle with baking soda.

Add spices to taste, add salt and mix well.

Each piece breaded in flour and fry
