Cheese pie
A simple and hearty pie that will be in any refrigerator. Good hot or cold, to beer fine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

  • Cheese

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.125 tsp

For the dough mix the margarine with sour cream, add salt and baking soda on the tip of a knife.

Sieve the flour and knead the dough.
