In this hearty winter salad is encountered components with the spring the lush greenery. Very tasty and harmonious!

Cooking
Chicken liver (not just salad) I cook so. Liver slices pepper and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides. Cover and hold at low heat for 5-7 minutes. Add soy sauce and a pinch of sugar, heat for 3 more minutes.
Liver to cool and cut into small pieces. Fresh cucumber cut into fine strips. Nut to release from the liquid (I had canned in own juice).
Greens finely chop. To cook Korean carrots.
All the ingredients of salad mix, season with natural yoghurt (or, if desired, with mayonnaise).
When serving the salad, garnish with cucumber slices and green onions.
