Swedish chocolate balls
CHOKLADBOLLAR. In these mini-cupcakes (I would have called them) no flour, instead it uses oats. Balls no-bake, are fast, but as eaten. Great for a Cup of coffee. These balls-the famous Swedish delicacy.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    70 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Dark chocolate

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all for balls. The oil you need to take high-quality and in advance to spread out of the fridge.

Take a blender (chopper) and put in it: oat cereal, powdered sugar and butter in small pieces, vanilla and 1 tbsp natural coffee, brewed and cooled. Coffee can be replaced by soluble finely.

Half of the chocolate chips, I rubbed on a grater, and half of the finely broken into crumbs.

Divide everything into a homogeneous mass. I removed the knife and added a lot of chocolate, stir.

From this weight I got 6 PCs balls with large walnut. On 2 PCs I have them rolled in different toppings. Chocolate ntercom-2 PCs, sugar-2 pieces and candy sprinkles-2. Put in refrigerator to congeal. That's in the fridge it is good to stand for 2 hours.
