Spicy pumpkin-Apple waffles with chocolate
Spicy pumpkin-Apple waffles is a great dish for Breakfast. At the same time delicious and healthy! Here pumpkin combines very well with Apple. Serve waffles with sour cream, yogurt, honey or chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    160 g

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Oat flour

    100 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    8 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

1. Mix in one container all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, vanilla sugar, salt, spices and baking powder.
