Summer in the country we not only have a rest and spend well in the summer, but pamper yourself and family from different delicious dishes. The cake is no exception, after all, drink tea in a cozy atmosphere in the country - is a pleasure.

Egg yolks with the brown sugar.

Add the flour and baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Add whipped whites and mix well.

Bake the cake in round shape at 200 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cake cool and cut it in a circle two hollows.

For the cream: pour into a saucepan fruit sugar TM Mistral, flour and yolk.

Add milk with constant stirring on slow fire cook a thick mass. Cool.

The cooled mass beat with butter.

Add cocoa powder and whip.

Harvest in the country. Need for pudding raspberries, blackberries and gooseberries. Rinse well with water berries.

Put on slow fire, cook until smooth. Then add butter and boil until thick state. cool.

Top cake is covered with frosting. Decorate the cake in its sole discretion. 2 hours to put the cake in the fridge, then serve. Enjoy your tea!
