Description
This is my first experience when I post the recipe on the forum. Once, 2 or 3 years ago I found it Good food at girls Alisia (for which I am very grateful!!!). Since then, as soon as the strawberry season, we indulge ourselves with this dessert. It would seem, well you eat it and what???... but no, you get a lot of pleasure and satiation))) So I would be glad if he would have somebody like) PS I give ingredient amounts as specified in the original (assuming that it is 1 serving), but in my experience all depends on Your taste, stick to only the sequences, but otherwise... the cookies you can take less, and strawberries more))) this time I had about 15 strawberries, the rest of the recipe - turned out 3 servings

Cooking
Cookies to put in the package and mash up the crumbs
Nuts grind in a blender or finely chop
Sour cream mixed with powdered sugar. Then focus on your taste, I add 200g of sour cream 4-5 tablespoons powdered sugar. From one lemon to remove the zest, I RUB on a small grater. Add in the sour cream juice of 1/2 lemon and half of the chips. From me this time instead of a lemon was ready the lemon juice, the zest so I didn't use and took 3 tablespoons of juice
Grate chocolate on coarse grater.
Washed strawberries cut into 2 pieces (if small) and into 4 pieces (if large)
Now you can start assembling the dessert: the bottom of the glass (holiday version) or of glass (for home use) put 2 tbsp. of the cookie. From top to pour a couple of tablespoons of sour cream covered cookies.
On top lay the sliced strawberries.
At her again, baby cookie cutter 1st. l, sour cream-a few tablespoons, top with nuts and chocolate. If desired, the layers can be repeated
Complete the Assembly with a couple of strawberries, drizzled with sour cream, then sprinkle with nuts, chocolate, decorate with the remaining lemon zest. To serve chilled. Bon appetit!
