Chicken rolls with mushroom sauce
Delicious, tender rolls with mushroom stuffing , crispy crust and mushroom sauce. I hope that will please You.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Chicken fillet wash, cut in half lengthwise and chop it well.

Onion cut into half rings. In a deep bowl, marinate chicken. For this well beated salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, onion and mix well. Leave for about 30 minutes for marinating.
