Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, cut in half lengthwise and chop it well.
Onion cut into half rings. In a deep bowl, marinate chicken. For this well beated salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, onion and mix well. Leave for about 30 minutes for marinating.
Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Take marinated fillet, spread on the middle of the mushrooms and wrap to form the shape of the loaf.
Finished rolls need to be breaded in breadcrumbs.
Fry the rolls in vegetable oil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Cooking sauce: Onions cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut into small cubes and fry.
The mushrooms with onions add the chopped parsley.
All pour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Give to boil. That's it, the sauce is ready.
On the plate put the rolls and spilled sauce. It turns out very tasty.
