Halibut with mushroom cap
Very tender and juicy dish, extremely tasty, my impromptu fantasy.

Ingredients

  • Halibut

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Swordfish steaks to put in the form that you pour the olive oil, season with salt, drizzle with lemon.

Cut the mushrooms.

On top of the fish to cover the sliced mushrooms, season with salt. To prepare the sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and chopped herbs. Cover the sauce the steak with mushrooms.

Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 *. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
