Sea scallops grilled in Thai style
Scallops, grilled, decorated with slices of lime, pineapple and honey.

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    6 piece

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    2 share

  • Olive oil

If necessary, defrost scallops (not using the oven or microwave). Pre-heat the grill pan and slightly grease it with olive (sunflower) oil.

Gently lay the scallops in a hot pan (at a small distance from each other). Sear each scallop on all sides, thus giving it a beautiful striped pattern.

Once all sides of the scallop will take nice orange shade, remove the pan from the fire. Nicely arrange the scallops on the plate.

Let's move to the decoration of our dishes. Take 2 slices of pineapple and put them beside the scallops.

Next, decorate the dish with slices of lime. Take one fresh lime.

Cut the lime in half.

Cut 3 slices lime, cut one in half. Decorate as shown in the picture.

This whole transfer to a plate. Then pour the scallops with honey and serve. Bon appetit!
