Casserole
Very quick, inexpensive and filling dish. Perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

Boil buckwheat.

Ham cut into small cubes and fry with chopped onions in a frying pan. Add tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp horseradish mix well and switch off.

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina.

Spread in the shape of half buckwheat. On top of fried ham.

Chop the green onions. And spread on top of ham. The last layer is the remaining buckwheat.

To prepare the filling - beat egg with a pinch of salt, add sour cream and 1 tbsp horseradish. Pour this mixture in the casserole and sprinkle with herbs. Put in a hot oven about 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
