Fish cake
A delicious combination products, for big fish lovers.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Prunes

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

To prepare the products.

In the form laid on the bottom a layer of grated carrots,

then a layer of sliced fish.

The fish add salt and lightly lubricated with a thin layer of mayonnaise (but if the fish is not as dry as heck, can not grease).

Then a layer of prunes. Prunes previously finely chopped.

And layer of the onion.

And a final layer of carrots. On top of all sprinkle with grated cheese.

Prepare the sauce. Whisk eggs with flour and milk, salt and pepper and pour the fish cake. Bake about 40 minutes.
