Description

Swedish pie
Tosckaka. The name "Tosca" (accent on the "o"), Opera by Puccini! It is very simple and fast! The taste is excellent! And most importantly – it can be done whenever you want! Delicate sponge cake with a crunchy almond crust. My husband and I have a year came to Sweden and we wanted something tasty and most importantly the Swedish. This recipe was shared with me my girlfriend who has been living for 8 years in Sweden. The recipe is so simple, that I'm spoiling my husband and daughter every weekend.
