Description
I wandered around the Internet in search of something special, but need haven't found anything. I had to think... And I came up with to make marshmallows, but not the usual form, and slightly flattened, and even blueberries added! But to me it seemed a little... And I made chocolate mousse, which was deposited on a marshmallow! Then my experiment has reached the final mark. Help yourself!

Cooking
Blueberries ( if frozen) thaw and mash into a puree with a blender| fork. Strain of the skin through the towel. Measure out 280 ml..
Mix the sugar with the berry juice, boil the syrup to the fire. Check the readiness by using "experience": 1. Put in a bowl of cold water a drop of syrup, it needs to gather into a ball and be soft. To properly cook the syrup is half the battle!
In parallel, whisk chilled whites to peaks and then add lemon juice, then syrup.
Add pre-soaked and dissolved in a water bath gelatin.
Further, trying to drive the mass with a mixer ( if you are afraid that will burn, put the attachment on the drill, not a screw gun, and drill. Nothing will burn. Tested!) to wrap mass halos.
Well now you can give flight to Your imagination. Portions of mousse on the entire marshmallow is not enough, so I made and plain marshmallows. Attachment: French tube. Leave to dry for 30-40 minutes.
