Garlic petroskey sauce
A quick delicious sauce for vegetables and fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Olive oil is heated, add the flour.

Quickly stir in the flour, not letting it sit the lumps.

Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly. Salt.

Bring to the state of sour cream, the sauce starts to "squish". Remove from the heat.

Add the juice of half a lemon, pre-punched in a blender blend the parsley and garlic. Put on the gas brought to "squelch". The sauce is ready!

Perfect for vegetable and fish dishes... although, in my opinion, and with pork cooked on the barbecue, will sound not worse!
