Cooking
Rice to sort, wash thoroughly under running water and put to boil on a slow fire. When the rice is ready, remove it from heat and cool.
Red bell and yellow peppers cut in half and remove the seeds. The two halves of the pepper to be put aside
and the other two halves finely chop the cubes.
Onion red onion peeled and finely chopped,
pour boiling water, add Apple cider vinegar. After 5-10 minutes drain the water.
Chopped onions and green peas to put in a small container, add the rice and stir.
Divide the salad into two parts. In one bowl add the chopped red pepper, the other yellow.
For salad dressing: chop the dill, leaving a sprig for decoration, squeeze the garlic, add soy sauce, salt and mix well.
