This mushroom sauce goes with everything. Delicious with potatoes, buckwheat, rice, meat...

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    2 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    8 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

Small chanterelle, washed well with running water through a colander and put in a saucepan.

Poured in mushrooms 300 ml of water and 100 ml of milk. There also finely cut onions and carrots. Brought to a boil.

Spread starch in 100 ml of water and, while stirring, poured a trickle into the pan with the sauce.
