Pie
Turned out very tender cake! Soft (next day too), with a pleasant tartness of dried apricots, with a favorite almonds, and a crispy crumb topping.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    300 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Cooking

Apricots wash well and pour boiling water.

Eggs mix with soft butter.

Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, soda slaked vinegar. Beat with a mixer.

Add the yoghurt.

Sifted flour and vanilla.

Pour the dough on a baking sheet greased with butter.

Put the apricots, which should be dried a little with a paper towel.

Make the topping. Grind the almonds in a blender.

Add soft butter, sugar and flour.

Mix all in a blender until crumb like this.

Sprinkle crumb pie and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until tender (about 30 minutes), ready to test a wand.
