Granola bars with sesame seeds
Another option for a nutritious Breakfast or snack. A delicious and healthy replacement for chocolates. This recipe is no-bake.

Ingredients

  • Sesame

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Prunes

    30 g

  • Dried apricots

    30 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Cereal and put the sesame seeds for 2 minutes in the microwave. Dried apricots and prunes grind. Then mix all the ingredients.

In the dry mixture add the honey. Mix thoroughly.

From the resulting mass formed a small portion of any shape. Coat them in 2 tbsp of sesame seeds. Before serving it is better to hold in the refrigerator.
