Potato baked with Basil
This baked potato has a very creamy taste, perfectly complemented by the aroma of Basil. Such potatoes can be not only a wonderful side dish, but it is a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes clean, cut, boil until soft.

Prepare the sauce. Yogurt mixed with chopped Basil, garlic, salt, pepper to taste.

In a baking dish, greased, uclalive potatoes, cover with the sauce and send with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
