Sauce garlic butter sauce for fish
In my opinion, in this sauce I mixed up several different sauces. But the result turned out not bad!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Finely chop the garlic, put into a saucepan.

Add the flour and fry lightly.

Pour the cream. Carefully stir until smooth. Add the chopped or dried herbs (dill, parsley, green onions), nutmeg. And a mixture of spices (or Vegeta, or crumble part of a bouillon cube), salt, poperchit, if necessary. Cook at low heat, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.

Not very finely chop boiled egg and add it to the prepared sauce. Mix well.

To serve with fish! Or fish! :-)
