Spicy salad with rice noodles in a green ruletika. I saw this recipe in the cooking blog and could not pass up. Simple but delicious and impressive. Vegetarian dish of Vietnamese cuisine. Thanks to Edward for the recipe. Uses two types of soy sauce from Kikkoman.

Cooking
Mix the ingredients for the filling: teriyaki, soy and Worcestershire sauces, ginger, Chile, garlic, lime juice, vegetable oil. Let stand.
Carrots to RUB on a grater for Korean carrot, add the greens, vinegar, water and sugar. To allow to stand.
Boil rice noodles for a couple of minutes less than indicated on the package. Rinse with cold water.
Carrot squeeze, add sliced cucumber, noodles and dressing. Mix well.
