Wheat-rye bread
Suggest You try a delicious grain bread with wheat and rye flour. The bread is very fragrant, tender and tasty. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Grain

    2 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Butter

    10 g

In a warm buttermilk to dissolve the yeast.

Add the vegetable oil, salt, and grain mixture of sesame seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. Also, you can use any grain that You have.

Add rye flour and stir.

Wheat flour, first add 2/3 of the portions, mix and gradually introduce the rest of the flour. It may need more or less depending on the stickiness of Your flour. It took me 180g.

The dough is slightly sticky, but flour is better not to add. The dough roll into a ball, put in a container, covered with oil, and put in a warm place for 1 hour to increase in volume.
