Cake
Recipe with this very strange name was discovered by me in one of the cookbooks a few years ago, when my friend and in my spare time and learned how to cook )) Perhaps on the process of cooking it has a different name, but still similar recipes I've seen. According to the book the recipe without cocoa. But over the years I have tried to cook it with different creams and syrups, and for my taste with cocoa is the best ))) Design you can think different, but I decided to make a cake like this. I highly recommend )))

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt the margarine. Add eggs and sugar. Stir.

Boil the milk. The hot boiled milk, add soda. Mixing milk with soda added to the margarine mass.

Divide the batter until no flour in 2 parts. In one part add cocoa. Then in each part, add 2 cups of flour.

The dough should get the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Alternately bake the light and dark cakes.

Cut each cake in half.

Cut each cake in half. The result is a 4 Korzh. Make cream: whisk sour cream with sugar. Syrup: mix hot water with sugar.

Then your imagination is limitless )) I've made thus: put 2 different layers on top of each other and cut into circles.
