Potatoes and beets thoroughly wash, dry.
Wrap each vegetable individually in foil, bake at 210 degrees until done, about 50 - 60 minutes.
Beetroot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Garlic to clean, chop a convenient way for You.
Cilantro and ginger chop finely, and add along with garlic to the beets.
Pour 2 tbsp of soy sauce, fragrant sunflower oil and stir. If necessary, add salt.
