Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Salt

Potatoes and beets thoroughly wash, dry.

Wrap each vegetable individually in foil, bake at 210 degrees until done, about 50 - 60 minutes.

Beetroot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Garlic to clean, chop a convenient way for You.

Cilantro and ginger chop finely, and add along with garlic to the beets.
