Chicken fillet in a bowl, beat the egg and pour a classic sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well. Remove in the cold for the night.
Mix flour with starch, salt and baking powder. Sift the mixture onto the paper. Fillet, not shaking from the marinade, breaded in mixture thoroughly on all sides.
Fry fillets in oil until Golden brown. Spread on paper to remove excess oil. To keep hot.
In a clean pan pour the second tablespoon of oil and quickly fry the shredded thin julienne onions and carrots. Add sugar and fry until caramelized. Pour sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman", add the lemon juice and boil until thick.
Serve chicken hot with onion jam. But cold, fillet retains the juiciness.
