Potato casserole
When I bake something cold, I already think up a new dish and increase the bookmark to something in the fridge for cooking "in haste". It happened this time. Guests at the door, I quickly pulled out of the freezer... and off we go.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Chicken

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mint

    1 sprig

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    11 piece

  • Butter

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the mushrooms. Today I have a boletus and boletus. Other forest mushrooms or oyster mushrooms.

Potatoes - sauteed mushrooms.

To prepare the dressing. Eggs, yoghurt and flour, whisk.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Pour the filling, spreading over the entire area. On top put cheese.

Put the washed and drained cherry tomatoes, pour broth and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.

Put in cold oven ( for security glass shape), heat to 180 degrees, bake for 45 - 55 minutes. Check knife readiness of potatoes.
