Glazed pork ribs in sweet and sour sauce
Very delicious ribs in a spicy marinade. Sauce for glazing is ideal for grilled meat or barbecue.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1.2 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

    0.3 l

  • Ketchup

    70 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cardamom

    15 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Melissa

    2 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    160 ml

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Vinegar

    15 ml

  • Ketchup

    60 ml

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

Cooking time is given without time marinating the meat. So, mix the marinade ingredients, divide the ribs one by one, put in the marinade and refrigerate at least six hours. I put the ribs in a plastic bag.

Remove the ribs from the marinade, remove the herbs, and fry. Lay ribs in a baking dish, add broth and place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour.

For glazing dilute in a saucepan the sugar and water, bring to a boil, add wine vinegar, ketchup, and grated ginger. Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat. Half an hour before baking to coat the ribs with the sauce for glazing and baking until tender.

Serve the ribs with greens and potatoes.
