Salad
I love the salads. They often replace my meal. And in summer and autumn when fresh vegetables and fruits in abundance, - a sin not to vitaminiziruet!!! I want to offer you an interesting recipe, quick to prepare and very tasty salad!!!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    3 slice

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Cranberry

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Apple and zucchini clean from the skin, remove seeds from Apple. Cut into wedges.

Onion peel and cut into half rings. Cheese cut into cubes.

For the filling, mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and vegetable oil (I Ideal)

Mix all ingredients, add cranberries and dressing. To taste sprinkle with herbs - the best Basil or mint. With fresh white bread - just a song!!! Although no bread is a wonderful food for those on diet! All a pleasant appetite!!!
