Description

Cooking
Take chicken fillet, respective book and beats using plastic wrap or bag with a pen knife. This is a very convenient method, the fillet will not break and will be the same thickness.
Take soy sauce "Kikkoman" and profusely breast.
Top breast, sprinkle with ground mixture of peppers and ground coriander. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
Take 2 onions and cut into feathers.
In a pan pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put chopped onion and torn mint leaves (5 pieces). The original recipe used sage. You can take any favorite herbs. Fry the onion with mint for about 2 minutes.
Put fried onion with mint chicken fillets.
Turn into the loaf. For reliability, you can tie the thread, although the roll, and so keeps well.
Take the baking form lubricated with oil. Put the roll around to put the remaining onion quarters and some mint leaves. Lubricated with a brush roll sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake 20 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice.
