Cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients:sifted wheat and hemp flour, salt, chopped nuts, sunflower seeds and yeast.
Honey dissolved in water, add olive oil.
Knead the dough. (by hand, with a mixer or CP) the Dough will be quite dense and absolutely does not stick to hands.
Put the dough in the form greased with olive oil. (the size of my form 20*10*6) Cover with linen towel and put approach to 45-50 minutes in a warm place ( I put it in the oven when the mode LIGHT)
