In season we prepare zucchini fritters and pancakes, eggs, and casseroles - practically everything with zucchini. So, I thought to bake bread with the zucchini. And although I have used my favorite bread maker, the dough is pleasant, that is elementary to bake the same bread in the oven. Help yourself!!! Clear taste of zucchini in the bread is not present but the bread turned out with a very nice crumb and a slight scent of spices.

Here's the average pub I was with thin skin and soft bones. Skin I decided to clean.
Zucchini grate on a grater to puree. Will squash puree, almost the juice with pulp. We will need 400 ml of this puree.
Sift the flour and load all the ingredients in the bucket x/p according to the instructions. I used Adygei salt, if You have a regular, just add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavilku and sweet and hot peppers to taste.
All the ingredients I got were room temperature and I set the "quick baking". On easy mode you can reduce the amount of yeast to one teaspoon or to give more time for dough rise when baking in the oven. Like this, almost sticky kolobochek turned out after making the dough.
The bread is baked. Carefully pull out the bread. As a topping of oil or butter. And wrap in towel until cool.
