Delicate mousse with chocolate flavor and banana flavor! Melts in your mouth instantly!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    500 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

The cooking time is indicated without the account of time curing mousse. Clear of very ripe bananas and weigh 500 g.

Grind them in a blender.

Soak sheet gelatin in cold water.

Melt in a water bath chocolate.

Add to hot chocolate swollen gelatin.
