Cooking
The cooking time is indicated without the account of time curing mousse. Clear of very ripe bananas and weigh 500 g.
Soak sheet gelatin in cold water.
Melt in a water bath chocolate.
Add to hot chocolate swollen gelatin.
Grind chocolate with banana puree.
Whip the chilled cream in a solid foam.
Add them to the chocolate-banana mass and stir to combine.
Spread the mousse in molds. Refrigerate for a few hours.
