We love pears? Mainly for the nice grains in the structure. Let's add the grains in a jam from pears. Yes, delicious grains!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    450 g

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

Pear peel, cut into slices.

To fill pears with sugar and pour lemon juice. Let stand for 2 hours to release the juice.

Cooking pear jam 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, a half of pear slices out of the jam and grind in a blender or with a pestle. Return the puree to the jam. Mac dry on a dry pan, add in the jam. Cook another 5-10 minutes.
