A lovely summer cake - light chocolate mousse and rassypchatyh the cake. Does not require baking.

Cooking
The butter melts.
Cookies grind in a food processor or put in a bag and pound with a rolling pin.
Pour oil and turn on processor for a couple of seconds to obtain a homogeneous "dough."
The bottom of a split form (24 cm) vistream baking paper and the sides greased with a little oil.
Proceed to the Moussa. Drain the syrup from the canned pears. We need 150 ml of syrup in which we soak the sheets of gelatine is 5 minutes.

Before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings.
