Chocolate-pear cake
A lovely summer cake - light chocolate mousse and rassypchatyh the cake. Does not require baking.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Gelatin

    3 piece

  • Pear

    230 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Cheese curd

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

The butter melts.

Cookies grind in a food processor or put in a bag and pound with a rolling pin.
